Before it made land fall, everyone was worried in Visayas area. Here in Cebu, 1 casualty so far when a huge palm tree fell down a house in Mandaue City. @boy_muscovado, how come the wind is still from northeast to southwest direction pa din when infact the storm is already at Sulu sea.
