I feel pretty bad for the residents there since they opposed the project from the beginning, but there's no way the city would reject such a nice condo project.
A Toronto Star article for Friday October 8 (http://www.thestar.com/NASApp/cs/ContentServer?pagename=thestar/Layout/Article_Type1&c=Article&cid=1097185810597&call_pageid=968350130169&col=969483202845)
It's really bad to sum it up, caused by the excavation of ground to put in a 5 storey underground parking garage. The shaking is so bad that monitors shake, coffee cups shake, walls shake, dust flies, etc... but it's all worth it in the end since the skyline needs some more pretty condos (no sarcasm there). I like the look of the minto towers.
