No, unless we are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars and you can give him a good deal. Who can pass up a good deal? Despite the latter, I think Trump has his advertising under control.

Trump definetly has advertising under control of his New York projects because of the Apprentice, but I'm sure very few people had heard of Sunny Isles Beach.

Maybe that's the whole idea. If everyone knew about Sunny Isles Beach it wouldn't be an exclusive, special place.
