I received your e-mail today and got my username and password. I must have deleted the 1st reply you sent me last week, and I apologize for doing so and causing you trouble.

Anyway, I am back to this forum thanks to your help. I've also noticed some very impressive changes made to the homepage. The layout is very professionally done, the monthly newsletter is awesome, and the winning photo from the contest is great. I don't know if you have those features for a long time or they are new features added recently. Anyway, I've got to log on to this forum more frequently to fully enjoy it and not to forget my username and password again. Thanks :)

I thought at first that "Jan" is just an impersonal website administrator, just a standard when registering in a site. Am I glad that you are a real, reachable person.
