Azerbaijan’s first industrial park is designed for 16 companies

The Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan has reported of development of the country’s first industrial park in the city of Sumgait.

The Ministry informs that 16 plants targeted for manufacture of export machine-building products - cables, transformers, high voltage equipment, hydro-turbines, water pumps, electric engines and pipes will operate on the park territory.

"Currently six enterprises are operating on the industrial park area. Two other ones will be put into operation in the near future. Construction of eight other plants is underway,” he said.

The park enterprises’ staff numbers about 800 employees, and after the opening of all the plants their quantity will reach 2,500 people.

Президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев во вторник подписал распоряжение о мерах по продолжению работ по реконструкции и благоустройству в городах Гянджа и Сумгайыт.

Об этом сообщает официальный сайт главы государства.

Согласно распоряжению, для продолжения работ по реконструкции и благоустройству из предусмотренного в государственном бюджете на 2011 год резервного фонда президента Азербайджана Исполнительной власти городов Гянджа и Сумгайыт должны быть выделены средства в размере 10 миллионов манатов.

Министерству финансов поручено обеспечить в соответствующем порядке финансирование средств, предусмотренных распоряжением.

President Ilham Aliyev inpected the reconstruction and land-improvement work in seaside culture and recreation park after Nasimi in Sumgayit.

The public members warmly welcomed the President, the presidential website reports.

Ilham Aliyev said greeting the public members in Sumgayit:

'I greet you. There are some additional suggestions concerning the development of Sumgayit. These proposals are under consideration. Some time ago I gave instructions to prepare a very modern project on modernization of Sumgayit. Part of the project is shown here. Probably, you are familiar with this project. I am sure that excellent, modern infrastructure projects will be implemented in several areas of Sumgayit soon.

The buildings are being renovated. These buildings will be beautiful. The appearance of these buildings will be beautiful. Their interior will also be repaired. I initiated to build a boulevard in Sumgayit some time ago. Now we can see the images of the boulevard on these stands.

I believe that there should be a boulevard in Sumgayit. This boulevard should meet standards of the Baku Boulevard since it is now one of the most beautiful boulevards in the world, and perhaps the most beautiful. There are boulevards in various coastal cities, but, anyway, I have not seen such a beautiful, modern and broad boulevard as the one in Baku.

We need to make rational use of this coastal area of Sumgait. Construction of the boulevard, one might say, begins. In the first phase its length will be probably one kilometer. Later we will extend it for at least two to three kilometers. There should be beautiful boulevard and beaches in Sumgait. Thus, a great place for recreation will be created in this city.

As you know, a new road is being laid from Baku to Sumgayit. The new road will run from airport-Mardakan-Bilgah direction to Sumgait. I think that this road will also positively impact the development of the city. This road will run along the boulevard to make the traffic comfortable, and, in general, expand and modernize road infrastructure.

Great landscaping work will be carried out in the city. The work was done in previous periods, too. At this stage, the work should proceed quickly, and work to be carried out in Sumgayit – creation of infrastructure and industrial development - should be on the metropolitan level.

Sumgayit is located not far from Baku. Some Sumgayit residents work in Baku, while some Baku residents - in Sumgayit. That is, Sumgayit and Baku, we can say, have already joined. Since our country is rapidly developing, construction work along this road, new buildings and industrial plants will lead to the fact that those who live in Baku will work in Sumgayit.

Therefore, Sumgayit should conform to standards of the capital city. That is my goal, and we have already begun projects. Funds have been allocated from the Reserve Fund of the President. Later it was envisaged to allocate additional funds during state budget adjustments. We will review the pace of this work till the end of the year. If the work goes quickly, there will be additional funds.

All infrastructure projects are being implemented in the city. Electricity, gas and water supply have improved to a great degree. We can say that the main problems in this area have been solved.

Recently, I received additional proposals to build a new sewage system. I have approved these proposals, and additional steps to fully update a sewer system in Sumgayit will be taken soon.

This is one very important aspects of our work. Every citizen, particularly inhabitants of Sumgayit want the city to become even more beautiful, prosperous. I always say that Baku is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I hope the time will come when we will be able to say the same words about Sumgayit, too.

Sumgayit residents are well aware that Sumgayit has emerged as an industrial city. Unfortunately, some foreign media outlets publish inaccurate information about Sumgayit claiming that there is severe environmental situation here and pollution is extremely high. This is absolutely untrue. We know this. We want more visitors to come and see how beautiful, comfortable Sumgait has become. Trees have been planted here and new conditions have been created for recreation.

I reiterate that this is one side of the work. A second aspect of work - I have spoken about it much- is that Sumgait should become an industrial center of the country. There are opportunities to do this. I repeat that Sumgait was founded as an industrial city, a city of chemists. But now Sumgayit should develop as a modern industrial city.

We have concrete plans to do so. First of all, infrastructure projects important for development of industrial potential of any city should be implemented. Part of them has been implemented. Large power plant was built some time ago. Today there are absolutely no electricity problems and the power of this station is designed for the future.

Reconstruction work is being carried out in the chemical complex of Sumgayit. We need to bring this complex in conformance with modern standards. This system must operate on a global level. At the same time new businesses to recycle products produced in chemical plants should be set up. Relevant instructions have been given on these matters. Hopefully, maybe hundreds of new private small and medium-sized companies will be established in Sumgayit in the near future.

The goal is that they will manufacture finished product using the products produced in the chemical sector. This practice exists in various places around the world. I have personally got familiar with this and chemists know it. That is, we must apply the most advanced experience that exists in the world in this field. This will lead to creation of jobs. Industrial potential of the city will also develop. A kind of small town of chemical industry should be created. Specific instructions have been given in this direction.

In addition, this industrial park in Sumgayit is the largest not only in the country but the entire South Caucasus region. Several companies are already operating. The work there has also been built at a very high level. Today I will go there again and get familiar with the work done. I have been there many times, we invite foreign visitors, they come and what they see there makes a great impression on them. The most modern and advanced technologies are applied there. This industrial park will enable Sumgait to develop as a major industrial city of global importance. And industrial potential there will be strong, and the ecological situation will be at the highest level and all conditions will be created for convenience of the people.

Today we will also open children and youth sports school. You know that this school built about 40-50 years ago was in disrepair. Some time ago I was asked to restore it. Funds have been allocated from the Reserve Fund. We will open this school today. Children will do sports there.

Moreover, a new Olympic sports complex is being built in Sumgait. It will also be a very important tool for health of Sumgait people. Everyone, regardless of age, must do sports. And we create these conditions.

That is, I want to say once again that we have an integrated approach to the city’s development. Master plan is being prepared for the development of the city. Preliminary plans are already being implemented. I believe that thanks to a new, modern approach, very great creative work, landscaping will be completed in Sumgayit in several years, and the city will become one of the most beautiful cities of our country, region, and possibly the world. It is our goal. In some cases, the goals set before us seem to be very big, but experience shows that we achieve all the objectives.

I wish that you were actively involved in all this work. If you do not participate, our work will remain unfinished. I am sure that Sumgait people will join these positive initiatives with all their heart and will do everything possible to make the city even more beautiful.

Чем Сумгайытский бульвар будет отличаться от Бакинского?

Сумгайытский бульвар будет отличаться от Бакинского. Об этом в интервью газете "Азербайджан" сказал глава Исполнительной власти города Сумгайыт Эльдар Азизов.

"Глава государства, давая поручения касательно перестройки сумгайытского бульвара, особо отметил, что жители Сумгайыта ждут этого давно. Но повторять Баку не надо", - сказал Э.Азизов.

По словам главы ИВ, Сумгайыт имеет интересный прибрежный ландшафт.

"Здесь имеется пляж, поэтому вполне вероятно, что за основу можно будет взять опыт городов с лазурными берегами. То есть существуют пляж, парк и город, а теперь нужно идти еще дальше, строить гостиницы, яхт-клуб и т.д.",- отметил Э.Азизов.

Однако, по словам главы исполнительной власти, прежде чем приступать к перестройке бульвара, в первую очередь необходимо решить коммуникационные проблемы города: "Глава государства дал по этому поводу соответствующие поручения. Работа по установке устройств по очищению городских сточных вод уже началась".

Э.Азизов так же сказал, что Сумгайыт станет одним из первых городов на Южном Кавказе, где городская канализация на сто процентов будет охвачена очистительными системами.

Глава ИВ Сумгайыта снес ресторан депутата Милли Меджлиса

Представитель ИВ: «А в сентябре этого года ожидается грандиозное событие, не имеющее аналогов в мире»

Глава Исполнительной власти (ИВ) Сумгайыта Эльдар Азизов всерьез взялся за передел города, и сносит все на своем пути. Уже на центральных улицах Сумгайыта, в частности на улице Мира, можно сказать, ни осталось ни одного магазинчика и киоска, которые ранее выходили чуть ли на дорогу. В настоящее время в центральной части проводится новая канализационная линия, улицы вымащиваются камнем. Правда, на сколько удачен вопрос выбора покрытия, другая тема.

Эти старания нового главы, конечно, воспринимаются населением неоднозначно. Недовольны те, чьи объекты были снесены. По ходу дела Азизов замахнулся и на кафе-ресторан, расположенный в аллейке между двумя дорогами напротив статуи Гейдара Алиева, рядом со старым автовокзалом. Этот объект принадлежит депутату парламента от правящей партии Имамверди Исмайлову, избранному от Зангилан-Губадлинского избирательного округа № 125. Отметим, что объект был снесен около 2 недель назад.

Однако нельзя сказать, что он делает что-то неправильно. Местные жители говорят, что улица Мира будет преобразована в аллею.

Однако, как сообщил Vesti.Az начальник отдела по работе с политическими партиями и общественными организациями ИВ Сейфаддин Рагимов, эта информация не соответствует действительности. Улица Мира, которая берет свое начало от въезда в Сумгайыт и заканчивается у символа города – голубя мира, останется на месте. А будки, по его словам, везде носят временный характер, потому что только портят облик города.

Рагимов затруднился ответить на вопрос: «будет ли выплачена какая-либо компенсация мелким предпринимателям, чьи объекты были снесены или предоставят ли им другое место?», заявив, что не курирует эту область деятельности ИВ.

Но вместе с тем, сообщил, что в настоящее время работу по благоустройству ведутся одновременно в 6- ом, 10-ом и 17-ом микрорайонах. И в планах ИВ есть провести так называемый конкурс на звание «примерный двор».

«А в сентябре этого года ожидается грандиозное событие, не имеющее аналогов в мире. ИВ будет отмечать день города, который будет длиться два дня. Однако точная дата пока не назначена. Сейчас весь город подготавливается к этому дню», - сообщил Рагимов.

Между тем, мы попытались связаться с самим Э.Азизовым, но в приемной нам сказали, что его не будет неделю, так как он уехал в командировку, однако куда не сообщили.

Я знаю, что high-rise считается любое здание выше 12 этажей. В Сумгаите имеется несколько зданий выше данной этажности, скорее всего именно их и имели ввиду

Самый крупный крытый индустриальный комплекс

"В ближайшие два года в промышленном центре страны, а именно в Сумгайыте, будет идти процесс создания новых промышленных предприятий". Об этом "Эхо" сообщил председатель Центра исследований устойчивого развития Нариман Агаев. "В Азербайджане основное внимание уделяется созданию перерабатывающих промышленных предприятий, в частности, нефтехимических заводов и производства строительных материалов".

По его словам, за последние два года начался новый этап промышленного развития. "В течение минувших 10 лет в Баку не мало простаивающих заводов были демонтированы и перенесены на территорию Алята".

Важно отметить, что в основном промышленность Азербайджана представляют 4 сектора: машиностроительство, металлургия, химия и легкая промышленность. Наиболее крупными предприятиями металлургии считаются заводы Baku Steel Company и Бакинский сталелитейный завод. Их суммарная производственная мощность, по последним обнародованным сведениям Министерства промышленности и энергетики, в 2007 году составила свыше 450 тыс. тонн. В качестве сырья эти предприятия в основном используют металлолом, занимаются производством, главным образом, изделий из черного металла. Производимая в металлургии страны продукция в основном удовлетворяет местный спрос, а часть экспортируется в Иран, РФ, Турцию и пр. Помимо отмеченных крупными предприятиями считаются ООО "Азербору", ООО "Дашкесен Филизсафлашдырма", ОАО "Азералюминий".

Тем временем, как сообщил заместитель председателя правления компании Azenco по стратегическим вопросам Заур Мамедов, сегодня в Сумгайытском технопарке (STP) действуют 8 заводов. Как передает 1news.az, со ссылкой на его слова, недавно в STP были сданы в эксплуатацию 2 предприятия. "Это завод технических газов, который выпускает азот, нитроген, оксиген, карбон, которые по своей чистоте не имеют аналогов в регионе. Кроме того, впервые в Азербайджане на STP начата сборка тягачей мирового уровня", - сказал З.Мамедов. Он отметил, что планируется открытие в технопарке еще 8 заводов. "Среди них - единственный в регионе трансформаторный завод, предприятия по производству алюминиевых и медных профилей, несгораемых сэндвич-панелей, литейный завод и завод тяжелых механических прессов. В настоящее время ведется строительство самого крупного крытого индустриального комплекса в Азербайджане длиной 400 метров и шириной 250 метров - завода тяжелых металлоконструкций. Четыре предприятия будут запущены до конца 2012 года, другие - позднее", - сказал представитель компании. Представитель компании подчеркнул, что продукция STP ориентирована не только на внутренний рынок: "Мы планируем экспортировать ее на первоначальном этапе на рынки ближнего, а в последующем и дальнего зарубежья. Возможно, экспорт будет налажен уже до конца текущего года. В настоящее время осуществляется определенная подготовка к данному процессу, в частности, получение международных сертификатов качества, доработка ряда проектов и пр. В первую очередь предметом экспорта станут кабели, пластиковые трубы, сэндвич-панели. Широкую популярность приобретут наши солнечные коллекторы, которые являются высокоэффективными, позволяют нагревать воду до 100 градусов, а также продукция машиностроительного завода". Сегодня в STP функционируют машиностроительный (выпускает прицепы, полуприцепы, тягачи) и кабельный (более 2 тыс. наименований кабелей) заводы; предприятия по производству пластиковых труб, высоковольтного оборудования (впервые в Азербайджане), электроприборов (электронные смарт-счетчики, производственный процесс основан на технологии французской компании Schneider Electric), солнечных коллекторов (также впервые в Азербайджане); заводы горячего цинкования (самая большая в Европе гальваническая ванна позволяет оцинковывать детали до 18 метров) и точной механики. Крупными заказчиками продукции предприятий STP являются такие структуры, как АО "Азерэнержи", АО "Азерсу", ПО "Азеригаз" Госнефтекомпания Азербайджана (SOCAR) и пр. В целом, в STP на основе современных технологий производится ориентированная на экспорт продукция и продукция машиностроения. 16 заводов, которые объединит технопарк, будут выпускать разного рода продукцию - кабели, трансформаторы, оборудование высокого напряжения, гидротурбины, водяные насосы, электромоторы, трубы и пр.

Будет построен «Новый Сумгаит»

В городе Сумгаит появится новый посёлок «Новый Сумгаит» для беженцев и вынужденных переселенцев.

Как сообщил вице-премьер Азербайджана, председатель Госкомитета по делам беженцев и вынужденных переселенцев Али Гасанов, Госкомитет в настоящее время ведёт с исполнительной властью города Сумгаит переговоры о начале строительных работ.

«Для улучшения социального положения беженцев и вынужденных переселенцев в городе Сумгаит, мы должны вести работы в трёх направлениях – вести переселение из военной части в посёлке Зейналабдина Тагиева, переселить поселившихся в школах и детских садиках, а также переселить тех, кто «захватили» квартиры местных жителей», - сказал А.Гасанов.

По его словам, в городе Сумгаит более 300 квартир «захвачены» беженцами и вынужденными переселенцами. Возможно, этим семьям будут представлены новые квартиры за счёт средств, выделенных Министерством финансов и Нефтяным фондом. Все остальные семьи планируется переселить в новый поселок.

«Мы ведём сейчас с исполнительной властью Сумгаита переговоры. В городе есть старый посёлок Строителей, который является первым жилым массивом и был построен для строителей города. В настоящее время здания в посёлке физически непригодны, и поэтому планируется снос этих маленьких двухэтажных домов, переселение проживающих там строителей в новые квартиры и строительство на этом месте посёлка, куда будут переселены беженцы и вынужденные переселенцы», - сказал А.Гасанов.

Проводятся работы по улучшению водоснабжения Сумгайыта

АО «Азерсу» (национальный оператор водоснабжения) начата реконструкция магистрального водопровода, по которому питьевая вода поступает из Джейранбатанского водохранилища в г.Сумгайыт.

Как передает 1news.az со ссылкой на пресс-релиз «Азерсу», замене подлежит часть металлического водопровода протяженностью 684 метра, которая подвергалась коррозии.

«По завершении работ будет улучшено водоснабжение свыше 33 тыс. жителей 17-го, 18-го микрорайонов, 42-го квартала, а также пос. Джорат г.Сумгайыт», - говорится в сообщении.

Строительно-монтажные работы планируется завершить уже в начале апреля.

Жаль что из Сумгаита нет ни одного юзера :( , один появился но потом куда то пропал . Интересно узнать что в городе строится и ремонтируется .

В Сумгайыте построят крупный административный комплекс

Планируется строительство Сумгайытского судейского комплекса.

Об этом Day.Az сообщил источник в Сумгайытском городском суде.

Согласно полученной информации, при въезде в Сумгайыт отведен земельный участок под строительство судейского комплекса. Строительные работы пока не начались, и об их сроках ничего не известно. Однако, известно, что комплекс будет отвечать всем современным стандартам. Здесь разместятся городской, апелляционный и административно-экономический суды.

Проект Сумгайытского судейского комплекса разработан в рамках проекта "Модернизация системы юстиции", финансируемого правительством Азербайджана совместно со Всемирным банком и осуществляемого Минюстом.

В Сумгайыте и Гяндже будут продолжены ремонтно-строительные работы

Президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев подписал распоряжение о мерах по продолжению ремонтно-строительных работ в городах Сумгайыт и Гянджа.

Как сообщает 1news.az со ссылкой на официальный сайт Президента АР, с этой целью исполнительной власти Сумгайыта и Гянджи будет выделено по 5 миллионов манатов.

Министерству финансов поручено обеспечить финансирование в соответствующем порядке.

На реконструкцию Сумгайытской городской больницы №1 выделено 5 млн. манатов

Президент Ильхам Алиев подписал распоряжение о мерах по реконструкции Сумгайытской городской больницы номер 1.

Как передает 1news.az со ссылкой на официальный сайт Президента АР, в распоряжении говорится:

«Руководствуясь пунктом 32 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, постановляю:

Для начала капитальных ремонтных работ, связанных с реконструкцией Сумгайытской городской больницы номер 1, оснащения ее медицинским оборудованием и инвентарем из предусмотренного в государственном бюджете Азербайджанской Республики на 2012 год Резервного фонда Президента Азербайджанской Республики выделить Министерству здравоохранения Азербайджанской Республики первоначально 5,0 (пять) миллиона манатов.

Министерству финансов Азербайджанской Республики обеспечить в установленном порядке финансирование в сумме, предусмотренной в части 1 настоящего Распоряжения».
