The project is being done by Arun Excello Ltd, known for the Estancia township on GST Road.
Temple Green is a 100 acre Township project, which will have Residential Apartments, Town Houses, a CBSE School, Club House including Swimming pool, Tennis court, Commercial Plaza comprising Super Market, Restaurant, Bank/ATM, Polyclinic & Pharmacy etc., Phase 1 construction has reached its final stage and the apartments will be ready for handover during April 2011. The Phase 2 – Temple Green Heights is also fast progressing and scheduled to be delivered by December 2012.
