But my basic question is does this requires a separate thread. Rather is it not a good idea to put them into single thread of "Upcoming Mega-Apartments".

^^ Not a bad idea, given that there are many projects like this - Jains Westminister, Mantri Synergy etc.

I am waiting for Tata Crescent Lake Homes, Oragadam to come out with site updates. It'
s a pretty big project. 32fl x 6, 14fl x6 and an integrated township.
