Most likely mura ug two months from now naay construction activity nga himuon diha tapad sa Alicia (unahan gamay sa Gaisano Country Mall or after sa bridge). This is a 17 storey apartelle named Don Manuel. The building is owned by Mr. Go of the University of Cebu which will be catered to its foreign students. Ugma kay mag pre-bidding then next week ang final bidding and most likely construction activity could start two months from now. Nakakita ko sa structural plan ini last May (about the first week).

Actually ang original plan kay duha ka buok iconic bldgs. Ang usa kay 25 then 18 ang other one pero pwerti man sad dakua ang budget nga kinahanglanon so kana na lang.

Time will come we will not be able to track, update all the emerging projects in Cebu...But this ones development is another addition to the Skyline in the Bantal area...

Hope "Ciudad" issue will be cleared and the Bantal development will be accelerated. I heard that another condo development near the Gaisano Country Mall will be launched soon.. This is on top of the twin tower rumor brought by Viva La Raza reportedly near USC area :cheers:

I was thinking, that there is a moratorium for the developments in BanTal area, hence, Ciudad project was put on hold yet we are hearing this Don Manuel project...Hmmmm...Mr. Go and Mr. Osmena? Blood is thicker than water?

I think it already came Henz since there are already projects that does not have a timely update. I am hoping that we can do something about it because it would be great if we can have an update of all u/c projects every fortnight. A monthly due would be of a great help to the "lakawboys" for gas and food.

^^ not directly fronting UC Banilad but diagonally fronting UC Banilad...if you are standing at UC Banilad, it's to your right or if you're coming from the city proper, it's that area after the bridge next to the Country mall :okay:

yeah, thats a huge vacant lot there, it must be sprawling towards the back, hope they add some shops and commercial spaces too, the cebu counry mall is getting too boring

thats great news, hope they build a good hospital with equipments and competent clinicians and not just for teaching purposes, with students treating patients.

cebu countrymall is so boring, it has to be transform into a new establishment or design.

Kung tukoran nag hospital ni Go diha, magbutang food court sa silong or nearby ug underground garage., aron di na maglabang sa atbang ang mga patiente ug mga bisita. Ang hospital naa magsugod sa second floor with 2 lanes car ramp

Go's projects in countrymall area can help Ciudad's arguments. if Go is given a go signal to proceed with his projects then Ciudad can claim that the city govt is biased against them.

The proposed site was already cleared from existing structure. We will possibly soon be seeing the construction of the project anytime soon.. :okay:

gaisano extended its lease of the property... ok ra nko naa dha gaisano kay duol ra k0 mag grocery... kapoyan ko mulabang sa BTC...
