That's the LVMH Tower, Louis Vuitton North American Headquarters. It's a nice little short one.

^yeah, it's by Christian de Portmanzac I believe, he's the one in charge of the new Granit Tower in Paris-LD.
anyway, on #88, what are they doing to the roof of Citicorp?

pics 66 and 69 really brings out the best of chrysler and citigroup!

i have to tell ya, ur pics can definitely match photos taken by ppl who's been photographically documenting nyc for their entire lives. you really brought out the best of nyc in those pics. too bad there couldn't be more of them...

I like to call it the never ending surgery.

The only explanation I've heard is that the panels on top are always being removed and replaced, because the window-washing equipment is kept at the top of the building.
