bump lang guys, this project is selling well that the developer already had a price increase last Nov. 3... this project is a JV btw... for those inquiring about an actual model unit, nearest project is Accolade in P. Tuazon, that's maybe where a model unit will be built... because Accolade is already sold out. Project turnover is on or before December 2014 as specified in the latest updated pricelist dated Nov. 3, 2011.

Yup tapos triangular shape pa ang lot. Sa feng shui kasi the best shaped lots are usually square and rectangular.
