The Phomella Towers will be conveniently situated within the Pretoria CBD, within the government precinct. Situated near major connecting roads in/out of the CBD, they will provide 40 000 sqm of space at a cost of R899 million.
Completion is set for 2013.

I've had to dig up the information I have on it at the moment, but in their year-end results report - released earlier this month - they still have the Phomella Towers listed with a 2013 completion date, so I would assume that we will be receiving more information shortly. They don't have much time to commence construction.

will be tight. looks good from what can be seen. the price seems a bit low though. thats quite a few high rises mentioned for Pta, have any strted yet?
