The Crystal Towers development comprises two separate towers. Close to public transport facilities, they're highly accessible to local transport, including the new Pretoria Gautrain Station. They will offer 55 000 sqm of space upon completion in 2014 at a cost of R1.236 billion.

I just love the way Gautrain is unlocking all these property investments.

According to the render it looks like some or other government building, or at least government is going to lease a part of it.

It seems Rebosis are soon going to be pushing the buttons on this development, as well as Baywest City in Port Elizabeth and Forest Hill City in Pretoria.

It somehow reminds me of a similiar design building in Sandton
