Who designed these?, while not bad a simple square shape with nice glass balconies would look great, whats with the circular balconies and the 1000 different types of finishes?

To be honest, I think these would be a great addition to Milton. This is density, we can't expect award designs for every building proposed.

It's homes in the right spot which would otherwise be suburban sprawl... Build it.

Most in Milton/Auchenflower/Paddington would not be too concerned with this. It's on the river side of the tracks in a mostly non residential area very close to the station and park road.

This one is in South Brisbane.

I'm not sure the address on this is right. 22-35 would have to crossing the street.
