Hi, well this new tower will break ground in a few months, design is good, so it should be a nice addition.

BAHRAIN'S Al Mannai group is to build a BD3.5 million landmark commercial tower in the Diplomatic Area. Al Mannai Tower will be located adjacent to the Pension Fund Commission building. The project is being designed by the UAE-based Syrconsult Consulting Engineers, which has designed dozens of high-rise buildings in Abu Dhabi and other Gulf cities.
Preliminary approval has been given to the project by the Manama Municipality, said Syrconsult chief executive officer Mohammed Al Tawil.
"The 23-storey well-advanced commercial building will have a total built up area of 13,000 square metres," he told the GDN.
"Thoughtfully planned office space provides for everyone's needs, including three levels of parking space and a ground floor showroom.
"There are 20 typical floors, three passenger elevators and a vibrant mixture of modern and Oriental touch."
Mr Al Tawil said the most unifying design feature of the building is the curve curtain wall to match the excellence and view of the area.
Final designs will be ready within three months, following which a contractor will be appointed.
Work is expected to start early next year and will be completed in 18 months, said Mr Al Tawil.
"Syrconsult is currently in the process of designing a number of multi-million dinar projects in different parts of Bahrain," he revealed.
