Our forum is only a few weeks old.

Plus everything we post something, trolls are all over it, mostly from Chicago. They're jeaolous of how much attention we get!

The weather is of course sunny warm and not too hot. Soon you will be in LA and be sun blessed and serendipitous!

There are only about 6 or 7 active posters in this forum. Besides, the forum is called SKYSCRAPER CITY, so I doubt people who don't live in a skyscraper city would find reason to go to this thread.

Not only do we lack skyscrapers, but c'mon, it's an L.A. forum. This forum is a microcosm of Los Angeles itself: A total lack of community and civic pride.

vicecityguy
October 15th, 2004, 09:21 AM
its true, LA is made up of folks from all over the country who maintain their pride to their hometown. They forget that LA is their new hometown and they should invest some pride here. If "back home" is so good, go back, we don't want you here.

Funny, LA affords people to make a living but their heart is somewhere else. Get lost!

For California to be that big, some West Coast forumers need to at least post 10 times a day. This forum is sure not on top of their game like the U.S. and SE forums. Damn. The only forumer to keep things in the WEst Coast active is Whose Homepage, I believe.

Your an mistake. Los Angeles have more than 30 skyscrapers and maybe more than 60 or 70 in Los Angeles County.

Well i think it's becouse there is not that much skyscraper construction going on in LA at this time, ive been roaming around other forums an it seems that where there is construction activity, there are more posts. what i find dissapointing is that i thought that this web site was to discuss skyscrapers, and there construction on some sort of intellegent, educational level, and what i'm reading is "my citys better than your city becouse our food is better or we don't have snow or or your city only has 5 skyscrapers connected by freeways" come on guy's SKYSCRAPER CITY don't you get it!!!!!!!!!

People must also remember that this forum was created only a few months ago, while the others have all existed for about a year now. hell, about 1.5 years ago, NASF in its entirety was almost this dead, and look at it now.

I found all the LA-ers. It turns out they all migrated to the forum over at Skyscraperpage. It seems much more active over there regionally than this forum. But this forum still has the most activity globally.

you may have the wrong links. Also, images won't be posted unless they are in the jpg or gif format. .jpg or .gif should come at the end of those links in order for you to post actual pictures.

Also, there is no LA forum at SSP (And since I Admin at both, I should obviously know!).

There is a California forum, which lumps LA in with all of the other cities. SSC showcases LA for what it is. One of America's Big Three.

I can't believe that was then we were still wearing diapers. Look at us now we've grown to be superstars of SSC. Just in case you fellows were not aware we surpass NYC thread in post.. Remember we started way way way after them. Our numbers say it all....

So if there's any Angelino Lurker's this is the time to join SSC and help us grow to become productive residents of this great Cyber Metrolpolis.

A big round of :applause: for everyone who contributed to this worthy cause!!!
