Rishon Letzion and to a lesser extent, ashdod, are part of the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. :p

Pfft, Ashdod is no suburb of Tel Aviv not is it in its metropolitan area.....You must be wrong :bash: :cheers: :)

I don't know, I took them from a NASA website (which I can't find anymore :wallbash: )

@Rom: I know that both Ashdod and Haifa are ports, but do they differ in the type of shipping that they deal with? (e.g., Petroleum, Containers, raw materials, etc.)

I dont think so, I think the main difference is that the Haifa port is used more for army facilities than the Ashdod one, concerning the type of shipping I think they both deal with the same things mor or less
