This is a project currently being built in the Hongqiao area of Shanghai. I unfortunately do not know the exact height of this building but guess it will be around 140-160m when finished. From counting the amount of floors on the renders I came to between 28-30 floors. Hopefully lianli or another forum member will be able to find out the exact information!

Some renders of the building:

Those renders look great!
It seems that you found a pretty unknown building. I couldn't even find a thread to this building on gaoloumi.
Thanks!

Hi,

Does anyone have information regarding which engineers are doing the structural design / structural engineering on this project?

Greetings from Norway

Can anyone take a picture with Maxdo in the background. That will give us a better idea how it fits into the rest of the skyline in the area.
