رئيس الوقف الشيعي يفتتح مجمع طبي تخصصي بكلفة تجاوزت الـسبعة مليار وثمنمائة مليون دينار بجوار مرقد الامام الحسين

افتتح في كربلاء اليوم مجمع سفير الحسين الطبي الذي اقيم قرب مرقد الامام الحسين عليه السلام بكلفة بكلفة فاقت الـسبعة مليار وثمنمائة مليون دينار .
وقال رئيس ديوان الوقف الشيعي السيد (صالح الحيدري) خلال الاحتفال الذي اقامته العتبة الحسينية وحضره مراسل موقع نون " ان احتفالنا في هذا اليوم وفي شهر الرحمة والخير شهر القرآن شهر التواصل والتراحم والتآلف من اجل افتتاح الصرح الطبي والكبير والاول في العراق وهو مجمع سفير الحسين الطبي التخصصي الذي يخدم الزائرين وابناء المدينة المقدسة وهو غيض من فيض وقليل من كثير مما قدمته الامانة العامة للعتبة الحسينية المطهرة من خدمات ونشاطات جاءت معبرة عن الصدق والولاء للعاملين جميعاً "موضحا ان ديوان الوقف الشيعي يثمن هذا الانجاز ومستمر بدعم مثل هكذا مشاريع بشرط الحداثة والتطور في سبيل تقديم افضل الخدمات الى ابناء شعبنا العراقي "

من جانبه قال امين عام العتبة الحسينية المقدسة الشيخ عبد المهدي الكربلائي في تصريح لمراسل موقع نون "ان هذا المشروع في بدايته كان الاصل ان تكون المفرزة الطبية في العتبة المقدسة التي لا تسع لتقديم الخدمات الطبية للزائرين الكرام الذين يتوافدون بالملايين الى مدينة كربلاء فكانت هنالك فكرة لانشاء مستوصف قريب ومجاور العتبة المقدسة وكذلك ان هنالك محاولة لاستثمار جمع الاراضي القريبة من العتبة المقدسة لتوفير خدمات اخرى وهي المنشات الصحية التي تعتبر من الحاجات الاساسية والضرورية ،فكانت الفكرة انشاء هذا المبنى المكون من اربعة طوابق (تحت الارض منشاءات صحية وحمامات واماكن وضوء، وفوق الارض مستوصف طبي حديث ومتطور) ،موضحا ان الفكرة تم طرحها على رئيس ديوان الوقف الشيعي سماحة السيد صالح الحيدري الذي عودنا دائما على ان يدعم وبصورة مستمرة مثل هذه المشاريع فوافق مباشرة هو وجميع الاخوة في الديوان على هذه الفكرة الطيبة "
واضاف الكربلائي" كان هنالك استشارات مع الاخوة في وزارة الصحة من مهندسين واصحاب اختصاص قدموا ما لديهم من خبرة من خلال الجلسات التشاورية التي امتدت لمدة الـ(10) اشهر من اجل الوصول إلى أفضل خدمة طبية تقدم من خلال هذا المشروع الطبي." مبينا" ان هذه الجلسات اتت ثمارها حيث جهز هذا المشروع باحدث صالات عمليات في العالم وان كانت هي صالتين بسبب المساحة حيث نصبتها شركة سمينز الالمانية وهي من احدث الصالات التي لم تنصب نهائيا في العراق وحتى في اقليم كردستان، وايضا الردهات المتطورة والاجهزة الاخرى الحديثة"
من جانبه قال نائب الامين العام للعتبة الحسينية المقدسة السيد افضل الشامي ان" التخصيص المالي لهذا المشروع هو من قبل ديوان الوقف الشيعي حيث خصصت منحه لدعم هذا المشروع الخدمي المتعدد الخدمات (صحية وطبية) تقدم لأول مرة في هذه المنطقة من حيث حداثة الاجهزة.
واضاف تم تخصيص مبلغ اربعة مليار دينار الى بناء هذا المستشفى اما تجهيز الاجهزة الطبية وتاثيث المستشفى بلغ اكثر من ثلاثة مليارات وتسعمائة الف دينار " مبينا ان الفكرة الاساسية التي طرحتها صحة كربلاء ان يتم استخدام اطباء متميزين من كافة انحاء العالم لاجراء عمليات للحالات المستعصية للمواطنين الذين يذهبون الى الخارج ويصرفون اموال طائلة"

فيما اكد مدير عام صحة كربلاء الدكتور علاء حمود بدير في تصريح لموقع نون اليوم ان افتتاح مثل هذا الصرح الطبي والمسمى بمستشفى سفير الحسين (عليه السلام) هو دعم للخدمات الصحية المقدمة لزائري وساكني مدينة الحسين (عليه السلام) موضحا ان هذه المستشفى جاءت نتيجة تظافر الجهود بين العتبة الحسينية من جهة ووزارة الصحة المتمثلة بالدائرة الهندسية ودائرة صحة كربلاء المقدسة من جهة اخرى حيث كان العمل ليلا ً ونهاراً وبدون مقابل دنيوي لاحساس الجميع بالمسؤولية وانتمائهم لهذا الوطن " موضحا ان انجاز مثل هكذا مشروع يخدم العراقيين والزائرين بوجه الخصوص ياتي بفضل القيادة الحكيمة لمثل هذه المشاريع والمتمثلة بالامانة العامة للعتبة الحسينية المقدسة وامينها العام سماحة الشيخ عبد المهدي الكربلائي فقد منحتنا هذه القيادة التقدير والايمان واعطتنا القوة على بذل قصارى الجهد في انجاز هذه المشاريع في وقت قياسي"
فيما قال الدكتور ليث الشريفي مدير المجمع :"ان المجمع له خصوصيتين الاولى لقربه من مرقد الامام الحسين عليه السلام والثانية احتوائه على اجهزة طبية متطورة وصالة عمليات حديثة الاولى من نوعها في العراق و تعرف ب(الآوروا)لاجراء العمليات المتخصصة والمعقدة جدا ".
واضاف :"ان السعة السريرية للمجمع هي 42 سريرا اضافة الى ردهات للطوارى والرقود ".

I have seen another hospital being built by the '3atebeh Al-Hussainya' in the Hay Al-Hussain district. It's about six floors high if I recall correctly.

I think u r posting that in the wrong thread. The design and colours are nice and used across the gulf. I have seen something very similar in new building in Dubai, Abudhabi and Muscat.

oh my comment wasn't just about this building. But over the past year or so Baghdad and other cities have been cladding old buildings in multi coloured tackiness like the rainbow is going extinct tomorrow :D

the only building i saw in the above gulf countries approaching the tackiness of this one is maybe the mercato mall in jumeirah beach road!
