This is an Entertaiment Center ( 5 story building ) in Samawah city for kids. It has indoor games and and other facilities for children.

In fact there are all of a sudden a large number of amusment parks under construction in samawa as well as a shopping mall that seems to be the largest outside the krg! Wgats the story? I mean samawa nowadays doesnt even have street lights (which were working only a year ago) yet there are 4 small to medium sized amusement parks under construction (far more than the province and city will ever need).

^^ um not sure if this project qualifies as a theme park, I assume it will also have a commercial / retail aspect too. And I have no problem seeing a rise in retail and commercial development, I think it's a very healthy sign of an expanding economy.

I have to admit, this should be totally a private investment (as I assume that it is). I think it's inappropriate for public funds to be used towards these types of projects. public funds should be used only towards the basic infrastructure, public education and health.

You misunderstand me. This project is not an amusement park. The other four i saw in samawa are (parks with rides and cafes/restaurants). Thing is most people in the province are far too poor to afford going to these parks.

They are all private investments by the way.
