The National Broadcasting Commission, has reportedly banned D'banj's new hit single, Oliver Twist, for containing lewd lyrics. Sources say the popular song was especially banned because D'banj eulogises actress, Omotola Jalade Ekehinde's derriere. Part of the song goes, "I like Omotola, (because) her y*ansh is bigger." The NBC was reported to have thus issued a circular to all radio and television stations to stop playing the song.

The Oliver Twist dance competition is coming on the heels of the recently concluded Enigma rap contest which sought to find the best rapper over a beat aptly named Enigma produced by Don Jazzy. Apart from the $2, 000 cash prize won by rapper-producer, Emuwawon Ibukun, the multi millionaire producer has promised to feature the winning version on D'banj's forthcoming album.
