Most of us have seen, what are our views on it?

So much to sift through in this plan. Which is good of course, shows they mean business. Ive been a bit absent/busy, therefore quiet on this forum of late- so unsure whats been mentioned about it in other threads already.

Without going into too much detail I love the bulk of what is being proposed- from the light rail network, the housing developments in the cbd, the mix use of buildings, the extra greenery, the idea of an 'international' area south of Lichfield, utilising the Avon more. Not cool on the height limits as I doubt anyone on this site would be- that said its all still up for discussion- nothing yet is set in concrete.

If we get 80% of whats proposed in this document, I'll be happy.
