kung 60 floors and up ok sana pero sugpok na rin yung 30 storys ngayun eh

the front looks fine... but seeing the sides and all those hideous windows, i think this won't look very good... i wish they add clad or add color at least on the sides...

sa side ang problema. mabuti sana kung mayroong building na katabi nun, kaso green space lang ata. di makikita/mapapansin yung nasa side. maganda sana kung pati sa side ay ganoon din ang design gaya ng sa harapan para may balance sa architecture nito

Ang daming pera ng nickel asia. ba't di na lang sila kumuha ng maayos na archi? tsk. sayang.

Well, I like this render. It's so unusual and interesting. IMO, it's better than a concrete boxy building with small windows.

^^ Ditto. I am for architectural diversity. That is just so unique it is unlike anything else we've seen. And it's not different in an ugly way, IMO, but stands out with its own design, at least for me.

I think it's a design you either love, or hate. I love it.

Variety is good, it will make the BGC skyline less boring.

I have a feeling that the outcome will look much better than the picture.

Hopefully it will look better than the render nga. Guess they're OK with this design and more concerned with getting the building on-line asap to cater to the growing market demand for office space. Anyway, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Oh well, we'll just have to wait for the likes of Net Lima and the unified PSE buildings to come to fruition to see much better looking (design/finish) office buildings in BGC we're craving for. :) :) :)

Maybe they just using it as staging area for NAC project , but I wish its another office building project. Tumataas na din yung Globe at Eco towers.

^^ no not the park in the foreground but the lot between NAC and TFT. i thought the staging area of NAC is at the corner of 9th ave and lane Q.

yang 32nd st na yan, magiging skyline street yan by 2015, massive ang construction,next year may 3 itatayo dyan, yearly 3-5 building sa 32nd street alone

I don't think in 2015, but yes, it's a good description of how it may look in the future as the lot configuration of the area aligns the buildings along 32nd Street and with little space between them other than a few streets and a pedestrian alley, and not to mention, the FAR limitations of the lots makes them of more or less of similar heights or of number of floors.

At least the current variety in designs of the towers lining 32nd Street saves the day. I hope it will continue with future buildings as architectural contrasts between neighboring towers would make the area more interesting.
