I think SM City General Santos is a lifestyle cum regional shopping center. At sa liit ng lote nito ay kakailanganin talaga nilang maghanap ng paraan kung papaano ma-address ang minimum parking requirements as per the prevailing building code.

I think that SM just opted to put a multi-level parking building rather than making a multi-level basement parking dahil mas magastos gawin ang latter. In other words, it is a need and not an added feature.

I would be delighted if SM will integrate its BPO facilities with the parking building itself and detach it from the inside of the mall. Of course, the parking bldg. should still be connected to the mall by means of bridges or covered elevated walkways.

Im not sure though...once completed it will be the biggest mall in Soccsksargen and one of the biggests in Mindanano. But KCC Mall is also expanding soon. In time, KCC will again regain the crown as the biggest.

Actually, I really dont think that planting trees in the center island is a good idea. Hastang gamaya sa planters sa center island niini. Mga Suntan, Duranta or other shrubs ra gyud ang puydi itanum ana diha sa center island. Trees will not grow there.

We are more interested with a SM in operation rather than a SM in U/C... it's not about we generals lacking enthusiasm about our own mall... wala lang talaga siguro,as of now, any valuable info for an update... we are all excited about SM, we really do but at this juncture all we can do is wait... SM is just one of the latest developments in GENSAN.... there's more about GENSAN aside from SM... :)

We are more interested with a SM in operation rather than a SM in U/C... it's not about we generals lacking enthusiasm about our own mall... wala lang talaga siguro,as of now, any valuable info for an update... we are all excited about SM, we really do but at this juncture all we can do is wait... SM is just one of the latest developments in GENSAN.... there's more about GENSAN aside from SM... :)

When I looked at the details of the mall (physical), the best and comparable gyud sa SM. Ang new ceiling sa SM-Ecoland murag pareho jud sa Fitmart.
