Description:
The new building will be linked to the existing hotel only at ground and first floor levels which would include an extension to the entrance lobby with the possibility for shops and the flexibility on the first floor for an executive lounge and business center. On this same level a secret garden with protected indoor passage will separate the new building from the old refurnished and rehabilitated building where banqueting facilities and meeting rooms will be organized.
The other floors will accommodate a combination of guest bedrooms and suites, a royal suite, a mini spa with indoor swimming pool, exercise room and treatment rooms, and a roof garden with outdoor pool and sun deck.
The project will also include five basement floors for car parking, storage and other technical and service facilities.
