I wish this was in another suburb, not Kileleshwa. That place has gone from being a leafy green suburb to concrete and this project won't make things any better. If it was in say, Madaraka estate with similar highrise flats, it would fit in perfectly.

building taller is better due to scarcity of land around that area.the prices within that area make single dweller/condos/multi uneconomical use of land.problem is the utilities especially water/sewage will be able to deal with the amount of density in that area.expansion...expansion...expansion...
