Hey, I am studying Maths, Physics, Geology and Music in my final year at school, and have been predicted grade A's in all of them. I want to pursue a career in some sort of engineering. I originally wanted to study Civil Engineering at university, however, having spoken to some civil engineers they have suggested that I study a more specific course like structural engineering or flood defences/sea defences as career prospects in those fields are probably better.

Do any of you guys have any advice on this matter???
