Project looks great! But what about track record of developer? will they be faithful?

definitely, the design looks better than SEA residences, i have doubt on the developers though, they cant even afford to buy their own domain, they are using blogspot for a website.

Wow! I like this one a lot. I wasn't impressed by Sea and Shell residences at all. It says the project is well funded and will be done in 2 years which you gotta like. Also it says that the developer is working in conjunction with SM, Genting, Aruze and Bloomberry which is great if true.

This is only one agents site so you definitely need to hear from the company to confirm all this.

I think the initial pricing is a tad high. But with E-City coming up values in this area could skyrocket which I've been saying for a while now.
