Just thought I would post an update on this tower tucked away on a squeaky small site. It's only 25 floors, and you would never notice it unless you were right in front of it...but I like these kind of infil projects. I like that spooky little narrow sidestreet right off main drag...I could live there.

Oh yea...just a little trivia for you folks who may not know...that old building to the left of it is the Traders Bank...this 15 storey building, completed in 1905, was the tallest building in the Empire.

Shows that height certainly isn't everything, and that small infill projects need some more attention in this forum. The building is turning mighty fine--fits perfectly to its surroundings. Thanks for the heads up.

The eastern side will be cover once the building is finished. They just completed the western side.

Probably because they are in a giant rush to complete the front...the city will be forcing them to open half the road back up in November.

Skyline Cosmopolitan's been one of my favorites; thin, well designed, and well integrated - none of that setback b.s. No visible effect on the skyline, just pure bulk, the kind of thing that separates real downtown's from say Atlanta.
