With the 47 storey over the road in the parking lot, Bish on the other side of Blue Jays way, the 49 storey two doors down, and the 37 storey over the road from that, this will be one of the densist little corners of Toronto. Personally, I will not miss Wayne Gretzkys or the Oasis roof bar.

The tower looks like it's perched on one of those old warehouse-style buildings on Spadina. Here's hoping that the finishes will be nice, but at the moment, the tower itself is pretty bland.

We're almost neighbours then as I'm on Blue Jays way (for one more week!)

Beers should be had upon my return from Ottawa then! How long are you staying downtown before Barrie?

I'm leaving this weekend, and I go to Montreal on Thursday for an overnighter, so looking unlikely now. (I was in Chicago last weekend at a convention...my diary is bonkers at the moment, barely enough time to post on here!)

Me either. I've always found Wayne Gretzkys to be appalling.

I was once called a pussbag by a drunken man on a Tuesday evening as he was coming out of Gretzky's. So yes, I agree, it can go.

Maybe the drunken man was right? :)

But to know that, we would first need to define pussbag.

I like that! So he meant I was a bundle of joy and cuteness? That's a compliment I will take!

Apologies. Not much else to talk about, however.

Even if you didn't like the bar, you have to admit you'll miss the oversizec rotating table hockey guy on the roof.
