This is the first time a seminar of this kind is organised in Qatar and is a lead up towards the Doha Asian Games 2006.

Hi Dubai-Lover

This building has been built almost 2 years now. It was suppose to have more floors but the engineers said that the foundation couldn't hold any more floors. I've walked into this building, its extremely beatiful and very elegant. The hier prince works out of this house so you can imagine who elegant it is.

As for doha 2006 i think im going to start a thread involving everything to do with it as soon as i get a chance. The Asian Games is hte best thing that has happened to qatar. I swear coz of the games just a walk down the street and you can see the difference.

I will also start a thread about the sports stadium they are building, wihtout a doubt they are hte best in the middleeast and asia, right after china. Ill also start a thread about hte olympic village which will be turned into hamad medical city later on!

The only downturn to this event is that the apartment rents has sky rockted. Many owner of really old buildings evicted all tenants and built and brand new apt. in hopes to accomadate some of the ppl coming in.

Top of my head am guessing somewhere around 6 to 7 billion dollars are being invested in infrastructure alone for the games. this is a large number for a country with a population of just over half a million.
