In August Uzbekistani website UZNews.net informed that the stadium WILL NOT have the beautiful roof (not mentioning the hotel next to it and infrastructure under stands), because after bankruptcy of Zeromax costs were cut dramatically. Is this true?

Is stadium construction in Uzbekistan a state secret?

Moderators will move the thread from "Under Construction" to "Completed", you shouldn't have started a new one when a thread on this stadium already exists. :)

I'm sorry to say this, but that's not true at all. Construction of this stadium started in 2009 so saying that the whole project was realized within 9 months is a manipulation.
As I understand your company took over after GMP, but still it's really their design in terms of aesthetics and the project should not be counted only since Oberhofer took over.
