another disneyland?
hmm, sounds very strange. never heard of it, so i think it's a rumour
disneyland paris and orlando each employ hundreds of thousands workers. so whole qatar will have to work for it, it will be at the size of the other two
:weird:

hmm, i only know hong kong as a new disneyland location. and maybe bahrain.
do you know of any further approved locations?
but correct, too many of these would destroy its uniqueness

If disney opens up in qatar that would be the stupiest mistake disney has ever made. Lets be serious!! Qatar market cant and wont ever be able to support such a big project as disney, maybe saudi arabia could, but not qatar! It would be crazy to think so!! Besides i think the money that is going to be, if there was such a plan, invested in disney should be split to support other tourism projects. They can upgrade aladdain and increase its size three or four folds! They could build some beach resorts, develop some sort of off road joy rides and tracks both for locals and tourist... provide more fun under the sun activites and so on!!
I think giving qatar airways to much authority to deal with tourism is such a big mistake. They are spreading themselves thin!! Tourism should be given its own body!! Besides i think all of qatar airways tourism ventures have been failures!!

haha bayt il ashba7 (house of ghosts) only, well as qatar said, the money can be put into better use, which will generate more revenues and diversify the tourism sector.

Really just invest a couple more millions into aladdin and will be set.. we dont need micky mouse running around the theme park !!

like i've said, disneyland is too big for the 600.000 inhab qatar
they should create something for their own just like dubai has done it with "dubailand"

if the project runs well, they could still expand it

actually i havent. I dont pay attention to anything the tourism board does anymore!! Aladdin still needs alot of work! and it should position it self differently in the market, instead of a low-end theme park it should try to attract and diversify its crowds!!
