I remember reading an article last citing the possibility of the conversion of the government office buildings in wanchai north to commercial private use. anyone knows the progress of this?

From memory, maybe a year or so ago I read an article either from this site or from a newspaper that these towers operations may likely relocate to Kai Tak and may form part of the planned new CBD

I recall hearing the relocation date being 2014 on the news over the weekend.
