I do not see any reason why Woor20 was banned, and I absolutely think that he does not deserve it no matter what he may have done. He was a great contributor to the Korean forum along with other forums, providing the forum with may articles from the web and newspapers.

Can any mods post any details behind his banning, beyond "fundamentalist preaching?"

If he really were starting religious wars, he deserves to be banned, though.

I dunno much about Woor20 although I sign for unbanning him :)

Like Whose Homepage said, Woor20 was unpopular among many mods/admins. The decision to ban him was not based on a single event. He has been pusihing it for a long time, as long as he'd been around here.

If you've been around here at SSC long enough, you'd probably know that he's not what you'd call an ideal forumer. Rather than sticking to the fundamentals SSC's founded upon (hint: skyscraper, city issues, etc), he was minaly interested in posting uncompromising, sometimes offensive political/sociological comments that upsets many people here at SSC and creates lots of trouble. I'm personally sad to see him go since he was a valueble contributor to the Korean forum. But keeping him banned would be beneficial to the entire SSC forums as a whole.
