محل اجرای پروژه : مشهد - بلوار هفت تیر - نبش گلشن .
شرح تفصیلی کارهای انجام شده پروژه : طراحی نقشه های
معماری ( فاز یک ) .

سایر مشخصات پروژه : مساحت عرصه 3400 متر مربع با زیر بنای
40000 متر مربع در 25 طبقه شامل : 12000 مترتجارتی و 18000
متر اداری .
