View Full Version : Túró rudi (help!)
z0rg September 25th, 2011, 11:54 PM Hello everybody.
I have a very good friend here in Spain. She misses Túró rudi a lot and she hasn't eaten it for more than 1 year. Her birthday is coming in one month, and I thought about getting some túró rudi bars for her, but I can't find it in Spain.
Please help me to find some website where I can buy a pack online :)
I wrote an Email to the company btw
Thank you.
blogen_ September 26th, 2011, 12:40 AM The Túró Rudi available in Spain probably --> dots (http://www.dots.eu/)
RawLee September 26th, 2011, 06:56 AM Yes, they run by the name "dots" abroad. The package is the same - red dots on white basis, but the name is different.

I think I'll have to buy them online. But I can't find any web. Only some in USA, but they don't export to Spain.

Yes, when I go abroad, I always search for Hungarian things in the shops there(don't ask why :D ) and never seen any "typical" Hungarian thing in my life :( (only beautiful Hungarian restaurants in Spain)
But I hope that they will try hard with Túró Rudi, cuase thats my favourite too :D
venom6 September 27th, 2011, 10:30 AM ^^ Now you have to plan a trip to Budapest and once you are here you can buy a whole box of Túró Rudi :)
z0rg September 27th, 2011, 09:33 PM No túró rudi online then? :(
BND September 28th, 2011, 12:54 AM ^^ I don't think there's any company shipping dairy products from here to Spain...
z0rg September 29th, 2011, 01:11 AM
Well, I'll find another way in my conquest, if you know what I mean
venom6 September 29th, 2011, 10:47 AM I would say that i send you one per mail, but how will it looks like when you get it?
It will be flat and even the taste wont be the same when you get it from the fridge in a shop. It would take a week at least til the post arrives at your place.
z0rg September 29th, 2011, 10:54 PM ^^ Well if you sent me 30 bars by refrigerated mail I'd pay you with paypal, and give you 20 extra euros for the trouble.
Does anybody accept the deal? :)
