SUNSHINE TOWER is a commercial complex located on Tulsi Pipe Road, Dadar (West), very close to Dadar Railway Station. The project, one of the tallest in its kind, accommodates one office per floor and is being constructed with the use of imported structural steel.

abbeyy, so that's what it is. I was wondering what it was the last time I was in that area. Thats a nice location, right on the highway, close to IIT Bombay and fairly close to Hiranandani.

looks cool!! but this building deserves a better location imo.

At 144m, it won't be visible in the skyline anyway... maybe.

Hardly any taller buildings around it .. so it will be very prominent !!

The main base are the 3 pillars (perhaps 4) while the rectangular thing enters the gap in between the pillars

areas nr radisson hotel is Powai, Vikhroli, Mulund, Thane and Navi mumbai....
there are sevral MNC in hiranandani business park in powai, Godrej business park in vikhroli , sevral MNC & IT companis in Thane, Airoli and Mhape.
Hotel is located next to JVLR and LBS road and eastern express higway is also very close.............
as of business point of view its gonna be huge hit and i guess its the only 5 star hotel in Central suburbs.

Renaissance and Meluaha the Fern are other 5 star hotels in Powai. Nevertheless, this looks really impressive and will attract the premium customers away from those hotels.

unless of course they have decided to cut the floor count in half.Looking at the progress something does look fishy here.

The developer might be selling the project but this ad looks like one of those shady ads I've seen in Delhi that try to sell the Taj mahal to buyers :lol:. Medium to big developers don't rely on online advertising to sell their assets. Even the big real estate brokers don't do that.

I pass by the kanjurmarg bhandup road daily. i could see color combinations marked on a wall, may be they are going to start painting the exteriors in some months...

I doubt it, most global hotel operators follow an asset light model even though some of them, like Starwood, have investment arms as well. I am guessing this is a flagged property so the developer may be having some issues, although I could very well be wrong. The local experts can shed some light if some information is available.
