Same authors - Jaan Port,Neeme Tiimus,Katrin Kaevats and Markus Nimik were behind work called 'Süvend'

According to Kuressaare city architect accessibility became determining factor for choosing OAAS work. Their choice of black colour is bit questionable and project itself probably get some improvements in the future.

Tallinna highway 14A building extension & reconstruction of existing 1960s building called Klots / Block.
Oh, before getting home (read to: klots) should always go through shop and those stairs ... oh and they didnt build floor 6 to get more cash...
Damn. Its bad.
But there must be way to make these buildings better without dynamite or bulldozer.
This glass kiosk ( as its quite expensive sq m prize) would be "wow per buck" a lot better in some nicer place... far from commies.

Looks like Merikotka residential suburb, just off the Saare golf course in Western Kuressaare, is getting another new apartment building after long pause (last buildings were completed before Masu). Each 3-storey apartment building has 14-18 apartments. Afaik,so far 4 (...or 5...I'm not sure :D) buildings have been completed out of 8 planned. All buildings are designed by Luhse & Tuhal.
