The scheme incorporates an education facility, hotel and sports centre. The design comprises two strips. One contains the hotel and education buildings, their forms rising out of a raised podium which connects the built clusters. The second strip undulates through the landscape, providing auditoriums, sports halls, a stadium and swimming pools with spas.
