Agreed. I think it's good and it will give most people discipline. hopefully it can be introduced in the whole country.

Dunno about the developing world, may be. But in Europe, defiantly not. Most people don't give a shit about global warming unfourtunatly, if they could they would just leave the lights and telly on without thinking about it if there was no additional price.
