The good old 475 - I asked about this one a while ago - and no one replied.... cant seem to find the thread :bash:

It was in EPA courts for some time and it made it through - there was a lot of talk about why it made it through Heritage council after that and the media have been trying to talk to Heritage Council about this project, but to no avail.

Upon further rooting around - I found this in BCC and it belongs to none other than URBAN PROPERTIES - this one is another Andrew Borger site and the funny thing is .... its very very similar to 4BC design (Skyline).... ooooohhh :whisper:

keep this one posted

There has been a banner up on the old Jamesons restaurant brick wall for a few weeks now advertising " The Domaine". It has a web site but I always drive by too quickly to see what it is!

took a wild guess and typed www.thedomaine.com.au and it worked.
no renders ... just a man in a bath lol.

I thought it was a office tower?

Anyway.. i registered my interest. hopefully ill get some info.

Change the name of the thread to #Proposed: The Domaine

Cul?

the site quotes "Brisbanes most exclusive and opulant residential tower. A Landmark in the making, always desired by those who are yet to reach such heights"

hhmm interesing? bigger than we thought?

From the renderings it looks the same height as Skyline next door - infact they look like twins from a distance except that this tower as a small spire.
