would like to know what it's good for but looks nice with the light effects and architecture

hmmmmmmmmmmm...........it looks very freaky......really.....I personally dont like it at all...........it is really very science fiction like and i doubt it wud ever go past the drawing board......its almost ugly!

I much prefer the Media Square proposed by Atkins.....It has so much more class and soul:

will they copy the nyc skyline there as well? i hope not
but seems to be an amazing project, which is still missing in media city, nothing special there yet

As for the double deckers.........hmmmmmmmmmmm......... u r right......i wudnt put it past them.....and dont they already operate some of those here aleady? i think its called the Big Bus Company........they arent red though.....a sad sandy colour instead.

LOL........Its not quite a barren wasteland......LOL..............i wud get into alot of trouble if I told u which country I though was a frozen wasteland......hehehehe I wont go there.

In terms of structures, DMC has nothing but a few very nice looking office blocks. Nothing out of the ordinary. So yeah, the Atkins proposal wud be a gr8 boost to the area........That cube like structure is hideous! I hope that one never gets planning permission.

im either to dumb to understand such complex arch. or the first proposal is just stupid!! Im sure dubai can ocme up with something better!! unless offcourse that dimond flies or something!!

I know this might sound weird, but in a way, that's kinda a slight rip-off of the library being built in qatar although the shape is kinda different, but the idea of the thing hanging in the air.
