Sweet render. I wonder where this will be. Las Anod perhaps? That region is definitely in need of postsecondary education.

Somalis need to quit making these ridiculous renders, especially a small city like Lascanood. The current Nugaal University in the city is the size of a small mansion--and for good reason (student enrollment is only 200 strong), I don't believe for another decade they can build what's in the picture nor will they need it. The local construction firm, Daldhis, is competent but far from taking on a project like that. Even the landscaping is not possible with the resources available.

With that said, Lascanood has had some large projects completed lately by local firms, a modest university will be no problem but what's in the picture is a bit of a fantasy---though the idea of expanding the current university is going to happen.

So it's an expansion, I see.

It looks very ambitious figuring the current setup in that city but hey...that could show confidence.
