Midori Residences is also designed for a resort complex residential condominium in the heart of Mandaue City...

According to the grapevine, it may become at least 18 storeys each when the final plan will be released... This shows that Mandaue skyline will also dramatically change in the next few years.. :D

Midori Residences was finally launched among brokers and agents just this afternoon at Cafe Laguna in Ayala, Terraces. 12 floors only for both towers. Offering 22 sqm studio units and a 40 sqm 1 Bedroom units. Very low density only 396 units in totality ( 18 units per floor only starting at the second floor) price is incredibly low. Studio unit starts at 1.3M while 1 bedroom starts at 2.5M... Tag line nila kay " Luxury you can afford ", it is the second resort type complex in mandue after Hanaya...

According to HLURB, The Philippines has a backlog of 3.1million units... The Philippines needs to supply 3.1 million more units - most are in the low to middle income class. This should be in the mind of the developers and build more low to middle income condominiums in order to fill the demand.
