while driving in Bur Dubai today...i saw that the old Al Futtaim building in between the two different phases of burjuman is being replaced by a city seasons hotel...the board is up but no pic...will try and take pics...

I think I was wrong above ^^ cause it seamed to me it said 14F + Roof on the board, but I was driving so couldn't give it a second look.

The core is above grade now. :cheers:

G + 14 Typical Floors + Roof = 16F

The central core was on the 2nd level above ground, with no sign of the main structure following, so not much of a progress overall.

There was allot of progress from last week. Main contractor is DCE (The Torch, 23 Marina)

they are on the 2nd or 3rd floor now.

I guess 20 years from now, we can expect Bank street and Trade centre road to be lined with 15-20 storey buildings?

The central core has topped andd the forwork removed. The floors are catching up.

Nice building. What would its one flat cost?
