usually for Avida, they won't include 4th and 13th floors because they are considered bad luck for the chinese but we still do the regular counting so its 21-storeys. :okay:

It was said parking area would be in first two floors with 163 units together with some retail, office and other utilities.

The design is simple but for some reason it exudes class maybe due to the ayala brand. Pag ayala, class man jud. I'd love to see a worm's eye view of cm recto once all these projects are completed. Im sure it would be breathtaking with its transformation...

Avida Towers Centrio would look more like its twin project, Avida Towers 34th Street in Bonifacio Global City, which is also good in terms of design and layout. Rendering below. :okay:

the 3 flyovers in cdo are shorter compared to the one above.. cdo also has more roads which aren't wide. despite its current progress, it still looks much more like a "small city".. it seems that the ones who planned the city didn't expect cdo to grow this much and the past mayors, those before Jaraula were pretty conservative in terms of urban planning with the exception of mayor justiniano borja, imo..
