Situated on a prominent wedge in Persequor Park, which is at the N1/N4 interchange in Pretoria, East of the N1 and South of the N4. This once formed part of the University of Pretoria's experimental farm and is currently in line with the so-called knowledge axis between the University, the Innovation hub, the CSIR and the National Department of Science and Technology's head office.

This Development will consist of 80000m2, catering to all that the client requires. It is a very high spec building, and is highly technical and functional. The building will be one of its kind in South Africa.

again, I ask myself, what is wrong with staying where they are?, or spending 25 % of the cash, and redeveloping their existing location?

Taking another look at this, I'm not the biggest fan. Why are they building it in the middle of nowhere?
