I Truly AGREE MIAballinboi :) , BUT that Meeting with the CITY will be FULL of JADE Residents :bash: PROTESTING the 57-story Height, and its going to be LOUD, I wish I can be there and SAY " TIBOR HOLLO was there FIRST ", But I'm afraid the Commissioners will listen to the Residents, BUT MAYOR DIAZ WANTS TALL BUILDINGS, I know thats FOR SURE !!! :cheers:

anyways villa magna wont block its ocean views, only the views to the north

whens this meeting, is it at miami city hall? maybe ill drop by and fight those nimbys, this is a great peice of land, and it needs to be used to the fullest

when you buy land, you buy the right to do what you want on it, not what u would ur neighbors to do on theirs, its just basic rights i dont understand wat the arguments it gonna b for the jade residents, "well, we bought this, and we dont wanna see thep retty buildings, so we should screw every1 else!"

i think manny wont let us down, miamis government is to exstatic about wats goin on downtown, theyll do anything to encourage developers, at least i would, manny, if u pull this through, UR THE MAN! LOL

YES NIMBY :) I think that City Meeting is Tomorrow, Tuesday Oct.26th, at 10 am , and goes all day , Many Projects going for their Approvals, Including OPUS CONDO TOWER, Its all in the workd This WEEK. We'll soon find out about the Fate of VILLA MAGNA, and TIBOR HOLLO will be there in front to present his latest Proposal, we'll see what happens . :cheers:
