Indeed there projects have an instant demand due to hands on approach and more customer friendly. This project is a niche and also the location i ideal for more enviro friendly structure with a lot of green and tall. I am sure they launch further projects will be a hit.

I went and saw the project a few months back. I was able to go to the rooftop of the Fairmount to see the views. They are spectacular.

The only drawback is that the project is quite cut off. Anyone without a car would find it quite difficult. Also access is quite poor because the road from point 4 to the site is quite small.

Perhaps Fairmount plans on opening even more projects in that area to help its development? It seems to be concentrating around there.

Now that I think about it , it kinds of brings Havelock city to mind.

The Fairmount Group projects are reliable and quality with strict date of completion. The structure for the location is not the best but can be better. The Altair project would be ideal here. The surroundings gives the value addition.

I agree with Shakeel The group's Fairway and Fairmount projects are very good.

I went and had a look at the Sky Gardens project a few months ago. They were able to show me the views from the Fairmount building which is just adjacent. The views are stunning! One one side you had the city views, and on the other side a lot of greenery and the waters edge lake.The layout and pricing of the apartments was also very good. Around Rs 25,000/- per sq ft.

The only drawback was the access roads.

Altair is a premium project with premium prices. Vedant22 (in the Altair thread-http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1516566&page=2 ) had found out that prices started at US$ 300/- per sq ft)
