this project is gonna b so great! wish that some of that big box retail would b replaced wit more of these great condo building, or maybe some offices

maybe not even repalced, but put on the bottom of more development, but having all this land inthe middle of miamis urban core, and just building big box retail, seems like such a waste, wat if they built a dadeland station type building to house them all, in the middle of the land, and then surrounded it with more condoes, or offices, think that would work alot better, but then again, im not the multi millionar developer
